Price list 2013 "all inclusive"
 The daily prices are in Euro per apartment and include the following services:
• Electricity - warm + cold water - gas-air conditioning or heating if available.
• Assistance of the agency and beach-service are free as promotion gift (1 umbrella + 1 sun chair + 1 sunbed per apartment, position as available from the 4th row, supplement for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row, as available, to pay directly at the beach cash. A second beach place can be paid directly at the beach cash). The beach service is guaranteed from 25.04.2013 till 29.09.2013. In Bibione Pineda (beach area Pinedo, Shany, Kokeshj, Lido, Seven): the service is guaranteed from the middle of May till the middle of September; the first 3 rows are not available.
• The flat must be tidied up before leaving (i.e. cleared, out of rubbish, empty boxes, bottles etc, the cupboards and shelves must be cleaned, the cutlery and all crockery washed, the fridge has to be left empty and defrosted), otherwise the client has to pay a charge of € 40,00/80,00 for cleaning.
• Minimum stay of 1 week with arrival and departure only on Saturdays from 22.06.2013 to 07.09.2013. Minimum stay of 5 nights with arrival and departure in all other periods.
• The price does not include the tourist tax, which is due for stays from June 1 to August 31.
