DAILY PRICES IN EURO PER PERSON
*During the opening and closing period the direction of the hotels reserve the right to book the reservation to one of our similar structures to the same price conditions and services.
BB = Bed and breakfast / HB = Half board / FB = Full board
Single: single room, without balcony, large bathroom with window. The rooms are situated at the east or north side. Classic: double room, without balcony. Lightly rooms, situated at the
east side. Classic single: double room used as single room, without balcony.
Lightly rooms, situated at the east side. Classic Plus: double room with balcony.. All rooms are situated at the west or east side. Superior: double room with large balcony. Large lightly rooms, situated at the south side.
REDUCTIONS (children together with 2 persons paid full price in same room, baby-bed included)
- reduction of 100% for children from 0 to 2,99 years
- reduction of 50% for children from 3 to 5,99 years     
- reduction of 30% for child from 6 to 13,99 years    
- reduction of 15% for the persons over 14 years
1 adult with one child from 0 to 2,99 years in Classic Single room: price Classic Single room, child without charge, in season B; in the other periods the first two persons, also if children, pay the full price.
Restaurant-Service: The direction decides if lunch or dinner will be served by free-service-buffet or à la carte

GENERAL CONDITIONS IN HOTEL
The prices are indicated for a minimum stay of 3 nights, in case of stay for less than 3 nights supplement of 20% .
Prices include taxes and  beach-service (1 umbrella+ 1 sun-chair + 1 sunbed for each room - guaranteed from 19/04/2008 till 04/10/2008), air-condition/heating and any other service offered by the hotel. Drinks are not included.
Should the guest already accomodated recede from the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - the hotelier may charge the customer the price of the room for the whole period indicated in the booking, unless blame this can this can be laid on the hotelier or on the persons in charge.
