This Aparthotel, 1st category, is directly on the beach. It is composed of 3 different buildings for a total of 104 apartments, 6 floors, 3 lifts, also accessible for the disabled people.
All rooms are air-conditioned. There is one parking place for each apartment, some covered and some under the trees. Spacious hall with a reception, bar, restaurant with freeservice, living-room. Play-room, fitness-room. Washingmachines with coins. The large solarium is directly on the beach: 3 swimmingpools for a total area of about 500 m2 of water, with different depths, for adults and children, relax in the whirlpool and water games, parasols and sun-chairs, a restaurant/ snackbar next to the pools.
All the apartments are luxuriously furnished with all comforts, satellite colour TV, telephone, small safe and hairdryer. Private beach with cabins, sun-chairs, sun-beds and parasols, small private beach with children's playground.

The aparthotel offers every type of comfort, especially  for children and a lot of tranquillity.

In our Free-Service restaurant there are everyday different menus for children for licking one’s chops
There is also the possibility to have baby food ( homogenized foods and special flours)*
Moreover there are also other services, to reserve directly at the moment of booking:

- baby-bed
Other services (as long as available):
- bicycles for children (with helmet)
- baby’s chair for the bicycle
And for the mothers’ comfort:

Finally our SUPER-ANIMATION-PROGRAMME will involve our guests in:
- Swimming-courses for children
- Soft exercises to keep fit for mother and child
- Excursion by train through Bibione and pop-corn-party
- Ice-cream party close to the pool
- Small theatre performances for children
- Baby-musical in the evenings
- Art-attack
All this has to be added to the weekly animation-programme described on “our services” in menu
