Type A Family PanoramIc: For 4-6 persons, composed of: living-room with 2 single-divan-beds, kitchen area, bedroom with 1 double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with window and shower box, large covered terrace with direct sea view.
Type B Family Suite: For 3-4 persons, composed of:  living-room with double-divan-bed,  kitchen area, bedroom with 1 double bed and divan-bed, bathroom with window and shower box, large covered terrace with side sea view.
CONDITIONS
For type A (three-room-apartment): min. 3 persons pay the full price
For type B (two-room-apartment): min. 2 persons pay the full price
REDUCTIONS (after the conditions above):
- reduction of 100% for children from 0 to 4,99 years
- reduction of 40% for children from 5 to 13,99 years
- reduction of 20% for the persons over 14 years
GENERAL CONDITIONS IN  APARTHOTEL
The daily prices per person include daily cleaning, kitchen area excluded, sheets, bath-towels and beach-service (1 umbrella+ 1 sun-chair + 1 sunbed for each apartment - guaranteed from 19/04/08 till 04/10/08), air-condition/heating and any other service offered by the hotel. Drinks are not included.
Minimum stay one week from 14/06/08 to 06/09/08, arrival and departure on saturdays; free arrival and departure during the other periods with a  minimum stay of 3 nights.
The prices are indicated for a minimum stay of 3 nights, in case of stay for less than 3 nights supplement of 20% .
should the guest already accomodated recede from the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - the hotelier may charge the customer the price of the room for the whole period indicated in the booking, unless blame this can this can be laid on the hotelier or on the persons in charge.
