The "Casa Miniscalchi" is located in Marinella, in the municipality of San Michele Al Tagliamento, only a few kilometres from Bibione. This elegant country house, completely renovated, is situated in the midst of the green meadows of Marinella and offers its guests comfortable apartments  on three different floors. Each apartment is equipped with every kind of comfort. Indicated for groups and/or families.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT for 2-4 persons, composed of: spacious living-room with double-divan bed, 1 bedroom with double-bed, kitchen corner, bathroom with window and shower box

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT for 4-6 persons, composed of: spacious living-room with double-divan bed, 1 bedroom with double-bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen corner, bathroom with window and shower box.

The daily prices are in Euro per apartment and include the following services:
• electricity - warm + cold water - gas - air conditioning or heating if available.
• final cleaning, excluding the kitchen and dishes which have to be cleaned by the client and left in perfect order.
• Beach service (1 umbrella + 1 sun chair + 1 sun bed per apartment) are included in the price for Bibione.
The beach service in Bibione is guaranteed from 27.03.2010 till 02.10.2010 till. minimum stay 1 week with arrivals and departures on Saturday from 12.06.10 to 11.09.10.
Arrivals and departures also during the week in all other periods, but always minimum stay 1 week.
• When the client arrives and receives the key of the apartment, the Tourist Enterprise may ask him 100,00 euro caution as a guarantee of good use of the apartment. The caution will be returned to the client on the check-out.
• small pets allowed (5 kg) see the symbol in catalogue (In Lignano on request).
In case of non-observance, the Tourist Enterprise can rescind immediately the contract and has the right to ask the clients to leave the apartment immediately.
It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by the number beds indicated in our offer. Children as considered as adults. We reserve to accept young people groups in our structure.
• Arrival from  17.00 to 20.00 o’ clock, departure till 09.00 o’ clock on the agreed days.

Extra services to pay on the spot:
BED-SHEETS AND TOWEL RENTING (BIBIONE):
- 2 bed-sheets + 1 pillow-case per person per change euro 6,50
- towels-set (towels for shower, face) per person per change euro 5,50
- baby-bed renting (children 0 - 3 years) without bed-sheets euro 2,00/day.
