Juni bis zum 29. August<\/strong> an dieser belebenden Erfahrung teilnehmen. Das Projekt f\u00f6rdert einen gesunden und aktiven Lebensstil und integriert Bewegung in deine sommerliche Tagesroutine \u2013 geeignet f\u00fcr alle Fitnesslevels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kurse finden direkt am Strand statt, in einem ausgestatteten Bereich nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Juni bis 11. Juli<\/strong> finden die Kurse <strong>dreimal pro Woche<\/strong> statt: montags, mittwochs und freitags.<br>Vom <strong>14. Juli bis 29. August<\/strong> wird der Stundenplan auf <strong>f\u00fcnf Tage pro Woche<\/strong> erweitert: jeden <strong>Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dem Programm stehen Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, aber auch ganzheitliche Praktiken, Stretching und vieles mehr, <strong>komplett kostenlos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ein-aktiver-und-kostenloser-sommer-im-herzen-von-bibione\">Ein aktiver und kostenloser Sommer im Herzen von Bibione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bibione Be Active<\/strong> ist offen f\u00fcr alle: Familien, Paare, Jugendliche und Senioren.
