Dinner at the Duca d’Aosta Restaurant in Collaboration with Eden Restaurant of Caorle

Tradition meets innovation in an exclusive dinner event at Ristorante Duca d’Aosta in Bibione. On March 28, 2025, the restaurant of the Savoy Beach Hotel & Thermal SPA will host a dinner for four hands featuring two excellences of Venetian cuisine: Ristorante Duca D’Aosta and Ristorante Eden from Caorle.

A unique gastronomic experience, born from the meeting of two family stories and the passion for the excellence of the territory. A journey into the authentic flavors of the Venetian lagoon, with a special menu that celebrates the fresh catch of Caorle and Bibione, accompanied by the springtime delicacies of the surrounding countryside.

Two families, one passion for cooking

Both restaurants have a strong family tradition, now carried on with passion by the second and third generations.

Ristorante Duca D’Aosta, located inside the Savoy Beach Hotel and part of the Basso family’s Europa Tourist Group, is a benchmark for authentic Bibione cuisine.

Caorle’s Eden Restaurant, born in 1971 from the vision of the Barbares family, is renowned for the quality of its local catch and its ongoing quest for balance in flavors.

This special evening celebrates the shared values of tradition, territory and passion, telling through each dish the culinary legacy of two families linked to the sea and their land.

A menu of excellence: the seafood of Caorle and Bibione takes center stage

Chefs Castelnuovo of Ristorante Duca d’Aosta and Brichese of Caorle’s Eden Restaurant are collaborating to create an exclusive menu inspired by the best ingredients from the Venetian lagoon.

The freshest seafood from Caorle and Bibione will be the star of refined dishes designed to enhance their quality and purity without altering their essence.

The experience will begin with an aperitif composed of 6 finger foods, including 4 created by the kitchen of Restaurant Eden and 2 by the brigade of Restaurant Al Duca d’Aosta.

This will be followed by a tasting menu of 6 small courses: an appetizer from the kitchen of Eden Restaurant, an entrée from the kitchen of Al Duca d’Aosta Restaurant, a first course from Eden Restaurant, a second course from Eden Restaurant, and two desserts from Al Duca d’Aosta Restaurant.

Each course will be accompanied by a selection of wines, designed to best enhance the flavors of the menu.
