With 14 Michelin stars awarded to his restaurants, Enrico Bartolini holds the record as Italy’s most decorated chef according to the world-renowned culinary guide. His gastronomic philosophy is rooted in a vision of contemporary Italian cuisine, where the evolution of each dish stems from tradition.

Every creation is characterized by balance, elegance, and respect for raw ingredients — elements that have captivated food lovers worldwide. Today, Bartolini oversees 11 restaurants in Italy and 3 abroad: La Spiga in Hong Kong, Roberto’s in Dubai, and Amici in Bali.

Among his most iconic venues in Italy is Mudec in Milan, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant where art and cuisine merge into a refined and profound sensory experience. The Bartolini universe extends far beyond Milan: from the glamour of Ristorante Glam in Venice, to the excellence of Aurum in Brescia, and the sophistication of Poggio Rosso in Tuscany.
