An invitation to presence, mindful movement and <strong>reconnection with yourself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-yoga-at-sunrise-on-the-river-marina-azzurra-resort\">Yoga at sunrise on the river \u2013 Marina Azzurra Resort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every <strong>Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 and from 18:00 to 19:00<\/strong>, the lawn on the bank of the Tagliamento River inside the charming <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinazzurraresort.com\/eng\/\">Marina Azzurra Resort<\/a><\/strong> will be transformed into a space of calm and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, surrounded by the silence of the morning and the colors of the dawning day, you can experience an <strong>outdoor yoga session<\/strong> led by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micolpiccoliyoga.com\/\">Micol Piccoli<\/a><\/strong>, a specialized teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No special equipment is needed: all you need is a towel, comfortable clothes and the desire to regenerate yourself in a unique natural setting.
