The \u201cBibione Accessible Destination\u201d<\/strong> project was launched in 2019<\/strong> and represents the natural evolution of a seaside resort that has grown over the years by adapting to the needs and expectations of the many tourists who choose Bibione for their seaside holidays every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bibione has always aimed to become a preferred destination for as many families as possible, recognising that each traveller has different needs and requirements. Among travellers with special needs, people with disabilities<\/strong> represent a significant group\u2014over 10 million people in Italy alone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bibione Accessible Destination<\/strong> project is dedicated to them, with the ambition of making the entire destination responsive to their needs in terms of infrastructure, communication, services and staff competence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An accessible destination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bibione has created the right conditions for accessible hospitality<\/strong> thanks to its collaboration with Village For All<\/a><\/strong>, a company specialised in accessible tourism. Every year, Village For All supports the destination in improving accessibility, from staff training<\/strong> to the monitoring of accommodation facilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bibione is the first Italian tourist destination<\/strong> to have undertaken a structured path involving the entire tourism supply chain: from accommodation facilities to restaurants and bars, as well as sports and recreational activities accessible to people with disabilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bibione\u2019s golden beach\u2014the first smoke-free beach in Italy<\/strong>\u2014is characterised by wide, open spaces. Walkways make every beach area easily accessible, while dedicated stations for wheelchairs and beach wheelchairs<\/strong> allow even guests with severe motor disabilities to enjoy swimming in the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
