Gourmet Dinner in Bibione: Venetian Flavors in Harmony

This winter once again, Bibione welcomes lovers of fine cuisine with a special event: on Friday, February 6, 2026, the Ristorante Duca d’Aosta will host Venetian Flavors in Harmony, an exclusive dinner curated by the team of Ristorante Eden in Caorle.

The evening celebrates the collaboration between the territories of Bibione and Caorle, highlighting the quality of the local catch and the finest gastronomic excellences of the Veneto region. It is an opportunity to begin the year by discovering the authentic flavors of the lagoon and the coast, in a refined and welcoming setting.

Flavors of the Venetian lagoon between Bibione and Caorle

The cuisine for the evening is created by Chef Tiziano Brichese of Ristorante Eden in Caorle, a professional widely recognized for his gastronomic journey and for his extensive experience, including at an international level.

Each dish of the Venetian Flavors in Harmony dinner is designed to highlight the quality of the ingredients and the elegance of the authentic flavors of the Venetian lagoon, offering a refined and genuine culinary experience.

Aperitif and tasting menu

The dinner will begin with an aperitif featuring five types of finger food, followed by a five-course tasting menu.

Each course will be paired with a selection of tasting glasses, carefully chosen to enhance the flavors of the menu.
