Celebrate the arrival of 2026 with New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Elisabetta di Lorena Restaurant at the Savoy Beach Hotel & Thermal SPA in Bibione. An exclusive evening themed “Back to 1926 with The Great Gatsby” combining haute cuisine, entertainment and tradition for an unforgettable experience.
The evening begins at 7:30 pm with a fine aperitif at 51, The Regis accompanied by live music to immediately immerse you in the festive atmosphere. This will be followed by a lavish buffet at the Elisabetta di Lorena Restaurant, which includes:
- 21 appetizers including traditional and creative proposals;
- A selection of first and second courses;
- A sumptuous dessert buffet to end on a sweet note.
The evening will continue with live musical entertainment until the most anticipated moment: the midnight toast. To celebrate tradition, we will serve cotechino, lentils, mashed potatoes, ancient grain fusilloni and crepe suzette freshly prepared by our maître.
