Every Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 and from 18:00 to 19:00, the lawn on the bank of the Tagliamento River inside the charming Marina Azzurra Resort will be transformed into a space of calm and well-being.
Here, surrounded by the silence of the morning and the colors of the dawning day, you can experience an outdoor yoga session led by Micol Piccoli, a specialized teacher.
No special equipment is needed: all you need is a towel, comfortable clothes and the desire to regenerate yourself in a unique natural setting. Classes will continue every Tuesday until August 28.
Yoga in the pine forest – Green Village Eco Resort
On Thursdays, however, Micol Piccoli’s yoga meets the charms of the pine forest. Inside the Green Village Eco Resort, Lignano Riviera, you can participate in a Sunrise & Sunset Yoga classes from 7:30 to 8:30 and from 18:00 to 19:00.
Here, amidst the scent of resin and the song of birds, you will reconnect with your body and nature, starting your day with the right rhythm.
