44° asparagus festival

Are you ready for the 44° edition of “tipicamente asparago”, the white asparagus festival of Bibione? From April 25^th to 27^th you could taste excellent courses and try an amount of dishes where asparagus is the main ingredient. This event will take place at Piazza Mercato from 6pm.
Bibione offers ideal conditions for asparagus cultivation, such as sandy soil, mild climate and underground sources of hot water at 37-38 degrees, that’s why this vegetable is so valued and loved.
You could also buy other products from local crops.
