Enrico Bartolini: Michelin-starred dinner at the Duca d'Aosta restaurant

On 22 November 2025, the Duca d’Aosta restaurant (Savoy Beach Hotel) will have the honour of hosting Italy’s most Michelin-starred chef Enrico Bartolini, who holds an impressive record of 14 Michelin stars.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy an experience of Italian haute cuisine, with a menu that reflects the chef's philosophy, combining innovation and tradition in harmonious and surprising dishes.
The evening's menu will include his famous beetroot risotto with gorgonzola sauce, which has become a symbol of his culinary vision.
