Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori Dinner Show

On 8 September 2026, Lignano Sabbiadoro will celebrate the end of summer with a special evening dedicated to fine dining and the best food and wine experiences from Friuli Venezia Giulia. The beach next to the iconic Terrazza a Mare will host the Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori Dinner Show, an exclusive gourmet event bringing together chefs, winemakers and artisan producers from across the region.

Starting at 7:30 pm, guests will enjoy a unique culinary experience by the sea, beginning with a welcome aperitif at sunset. 27 Michelin-starred chefs and renowned restaurateurs from Friuli Venezia Giulia will take centre stage with live show cooking, presenting original dishes created especially for the occasion.

The evening will feature a 27-stop gastronomic journey, accompanied by selected regional wines and specialities created by 13 artisan producers. The experience will conclude with desserts, coffee and spirits.
