During autumn 2023 you can enjoy traditional cuisine with a modern twist at the restaurant of the Savoy Beach Hotel & Thermal SPA in Bibione, also open to outside guests.

Here you can take a journey to discover the extraordinary flavours of autumn and winter, enhanced by the skilful hands of chef Alessandro Castelnuovo. Each Gourmet Week is dedicated to the discovery of a new ingredient, declined in a different way every day.

• 2 to 8 October: mushroom and grape week
• 9 to 15 October: radicchio and chestnut week
• 16 to 22 October: artichoke and pomegranate week
• 23 October to 29 October: Endive and apple week
• 30 October to 12 November: pumpkin and persimmon week
• 13 November to 26 November: Truffle week
• 27 November to 03 December: Boiled meat week
• 04 December to 10 December: Gorizia rose and mandarin week
