Cuisines from all over the world, the best of Mittel-European cuisine, the excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the traditional gastronomy of the Gorizia province meet at Gusti di Frontiera, the largest gourmet cuisine event held in Italy’s Northeast, which, each year, brings to Gorizia half a million people.
Hundreds of stands will offer, in the heart of the Isontino capital, typical products and delicious dishes of some thirty countries around the world. Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, France, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, England, but also China, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Russia and many other countries will give birth to a “four days of absolute sweet taste” event. A show that seeks to bridge different cultures through comparing & contrasting and the intermingling of different culinary traditions.
