Triathlon Sprint Rank Gold

On Sunday, April 27 (new date) the 8th Triathlon Sprint Rank Gold - City of Lignano Sabbiadoro “Memorial Renzo Ardito” organized by Triathlon Lignano ASD will be held in Lignano Pineta.

The two races, men's and women's, will be held separately: at 2 p.m. there will be the men's start and at 3 p.m. the women's start.

The “Swim” fraction will start from the left side of the breakwater located at the beach entrance at Piazzale Marcello D'Olivo. The Swim Course is a triangle that measures 750 mt. Once the swimming fraction is finished, the athletes will head to the changing area located in Piazzale Marcello D'Olivo.

The “Bike” fraction consists of three laps of a circuit having a length equal to 7.00 km. In the women's race they will start from the change zone located in the crescent at the swim exit, the men's race will start from Marcello D'Olivo Square where the second change zone will be made.

At the end of the “Bike” fraction the athletes will return to the changing zone and the last fraction will begin. The “Run” fraction will be on a ring of length equal to 2.50 km to be run twice.
